Q: Can we start our excursions from any spot?
A: Yes. We can start any excursion from any spot ( train station, hotel, cruise-port, airport )

Q: How do I find my guide?
A: All meeting instructions will appear on your voucher after the trip has been confirmed. If your Shore Trip includes a pier/hotel pickup, we will include information on who to look for at the pier/hotel, details of the sign that they will be holding, and/or the specific location of where to meet them.

Q: At what time can we start a tour?
A: For a full day tour in the morning from 8.00 to 11.00 am, for an half day tour in the morning or in the afternoon.

Q: Is it compulsory a minimum number of passengers on the tour?
A: Not really. It is sufficient one person.Of course the tour will be less expensive if you are more people.

Q: Are meals included on the tour?
A: Only for Wine and Food Tours.When requested, we have a wide range of restaurant from the Pizzeria to the typical neapolitan Trattorias, until the top-class restaurants.All normally out of the touristic flows.

Q: How physically challenging are the Excursions?
A: Of course it depends on the tour, most tours require some degree of walking; some excursions include extensive walking and hiking, others no walking at all. Anyway, whatever is Your fitness level and your age, we highly recommend comfortable, low-heeled shoes.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad ?
A: The excursions take place indipendently from the weather conditions. Anyway no visit can be cancelled at the last moment.

Q: Do you have special rates for kids?
A: Children ages under 3 years are free on all tours, 3-10 have a 20% discount.

Q: How long before the departure of the tour do I have to book?
A: We suggest You to reserve the excursions as soon as possible because you could not find them available anymore. Anyway you can book any excursion within 24 hours before the beginning of the tour.

Q: what is necessary for the reservation ?
In case of reservation is necessary a written order by email.
We give our customers two options for the payment,:
1) pre-payment with PAYPAL SECURE SYSTEM ( link on our web site ) or
by money transfer on our company bank account.
2)  cash the same day of the excursion.(In this case of reservation is necessary a written order by email. Your credit card number and expiration date)

P.S. We hold your credit card number only to guarantee your reservation.
Once the tour is confirmed we will issue and e-mail the Excursion Voucher to give to the guide the day of the tour.

Q: What about the cancellation policy ?
Please, note that there will be no charge if you cancel your reservation by e-mail or phone call ( +39.33.8888-42.82  or  +39.36.6426.94.82 ) within at least 7 days before the  date of requested service. If is not done in these terms, our company reserves the right to debit the "no show fee" on your credit card which is the total amount of requested services.
