Italy is so famous for its food that we are pleased to give you the opportunity of learning how to prepare some of them. We organize cooking classes for small groups, from two to ten people, every morning of the week.
We pick you up in your hotels with our and our driver will take you to do the shopping in our local markets, where you will buy the products you need to cook your dishes.
Then you will come to the restaurant, where our cooks will help you to prepare the lunch.
You will have the opportunity to learn, for example, how to do the famous “parmigiana di melanzane”, a typical Italian dish made of aubergines, tomato sauce and mozzarella, or “ravioli alla caprese”, a delicious pasta with ricotta cheese, tomatoes and fresh basil, and why not, a cake like “torta della nonna”, a typical Italian cake with cream and chocolate cream.
At the end of the cooking class, you just will have to sit down and relax, eating everything you have prepared. The satisfaction will be enormous!

- information about the Licensed Guide
- two emergency phone numbers.
